Feeling Lost?
About the Coach
My name is Bill Mulholland. Nearly 20 years ago I decided to make a career change from manufacturing to healthcare. Over the past two decades, I have met and treated thousands of patients. I have specialized in emergency medicine, critical care, intensive care, psychiatry, addiction, urology, cardiology, electrophysiology, radiation oncology, hospice, and family medicine. Throughout my years in medicine, I have developed a strong empathy and compassion for the needs of others. The traditional medical offices do not allow the time I would like to devote to "coaching" my patients when they need it most. Starting this coaching practice affords me the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those willing to receive the help I have to offer.
My faith is the foundation of everything I do in coaching. It is not an add-on or a side note — it is the lens through which I see people, purpose, and potential. And it completely shapes how I show up for my clients. Faith teaches me that every person is uniquely created with a purpose. So when I coach, I am not just focused on solving a surface-level problem like “getting unstuck” or “changing careers.” I am helping clients reconnect with who they were made to be — and why they are here.
I see their God-given identity, even when they do not yet. Jesus led with both grace and truth, and that is what I model. You get a coach who listens deeply, without judgment. But you also get someone who speaks truth into the places you are settling, shrinking, or playing small. Faith calls me to love people enough to tell them what they need, not just what they want to hear. I am not here to instill fear about “missing your purpose” or “falling behind.” I am here to help people move forward in faith, trusting that their journey is unfolding in God’s perfect timing. That means less hustle, more alignment. Less panic, more peace. And I model that in the way I coach — grounded, patient, and Spirit-led.
Because of my faith, I am committed to integrity in everything. I will not promise overnight success or quick fixes just to “close the deal.” I am honest about the work it takes — but also about the hope and transformation waiting on the other side. I am not in this for transactions. I am in it for real impact. People carry a lot of shame, fear, and doubt — especially in seasons of transition or growth. My faith reminds me that everyone’s story is sacred. Whether someone is struggling with self-worth, making life-altering decisions, or feeling distant from their faith, they can show up exactly as they are. I meet them there — and help them take the next step.
It is easy to chase goals that look good but leave you empty. I help clients align their ambitions with their faith and values, so they experience true success — peace, purpose, and joy. We create rhythms that prioritize spiritual health alongside personal and professional growth. My faith influences how I coach and who I am as a coach. It is why I believe in my clients so deeply. It is why I call out the true value in them, even when they cannot see it yet. It is why I trust that their best is still ahead — no matter where they are starting from.

Pause, breathe, and give yourself permission to just be where you are. You do not have to have all the answers right now. You do not need to fix everything in this moment. Start by giving yourself some grace. When you are overwhelmed, your mind races ahead to everything that needs to change. You are looking at the entire staircase when God is just asking you to take the next step. Faith does not require you to see the whole path. It asks you to trust the One who is leading you. Maybe you know you want peace. Maybe you know you can’t keep going the way you are. Maybe you know you need help. Start there. Clarity often comes from movement, not from overthinking. You do not have to have fearless faith to move forward. You just need enough courage to take the next small step. Faith grows as you move, not before.
